Danfoss Editron is leading the electrification revolution and our mission is to end pollution with electrification. 


Editron specializes in hybrid and electric powertrain systems for the off-highway, on-highway and marine markets. As business division of Danfoss, it develops and manufactures high-performance power systems for heavy-duty vehicles, machines and marine vessels based on synchronous reluctance assisted permanent magnet technology and Si and SiC power electronic converters.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking the ideal Electronics Engineer´s to join our diverse team.


In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the electrification of on- and off-highway vehicles through new product development projects. In this position you will


•    Design of power electronics and control circuits
•    Conduct peer reviews on electronic hardware designs to maintain quality and reliability
•    Generate design verification specifications and testing requirements.
•    Generate engineering reports and documentation.

Background & Skills

 

To be considered for this role you hold a Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.


You have +3 years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.


Being an effective team player, yet not afraid of working independently or taking responsibility. Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment and have a good oral and written communication skills in English.
 

Furthermore, we will appreciate skills and qualifications within: 

  • Proficiency in PADS and Teamcenter PLM.
  • Understanding of functional safety (especially ISO 26262) and experience of developing products for automotive industry 
  • Understanding of cyber security (especially ISO 21434).
  • Experience in EMC development and testing
