Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Developing processes, tools, and methods
• Leading of improvement processes
• Creating and updating work-instructions in the production.
• Introducing new products to production in co-operation with R&D.
• Diagnosing problems in the production lines.
• Problem solving in co-operation with quality.
• Identifying, planning, and implementing machine and tool investments
• Updating production-related data in co-operation with controlling.
Background & Skills
• A degree in engineering (Master’s or Bachelor’s) or similar work experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and in English.
• Work experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Engineering
• Experience with CAD software, SAP, MS Office tools, PDM systems
