As our Strategic Buyer, you’ll play a key role in enabling a resilient and efficient Supply Chain for the electrification business, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
Your impact? You’ll secure competitive and reliable supplier partnerships that strengthen our ability to meet market demands and drive sustainability. Success means improved supplier performance, transparent collaboration, and optimized processes that benefit our customers, our business, and the planet.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Operations. We also see this person as one who takes ownership of supplier relationships, negotiations, and data management, helping us move toward a more efficient and sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead supplier commercial and contract negotiations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Manage and ensure supplier performance, including On-Time Delivery, Quality, Escalations, and Capacity.
- Drive Change Management topics to ensure proper understanding and implementation, including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Maintain vendor and material-related data accurately and consistently.
- Manage supplier relationships and selection to ensure transparency, engagement, and mutual growth.
What We're Looking For

A degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or similar field — or 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supplier management.

Experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.

Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter PLM is a plus.

Confidence in negotiating and managing supplier contracts.

Organized, proactive, and committed to treating the business like it’s your own.

Fluent in English; Finnish is a nice-to-have.
