As our Lead Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the performance, reliability, and competitiveness of our Specialty Fluid Conveyance products. You will lead high-impact engineering initiatives that support product quality, accelerate technical problem solving, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, with a focus on Quick Disconnect Couplings.

Your impact? You will help deliver reliable and innovative engineering solutions that improve product performance, optimize cost, and support customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, Program Management, and global engineering teams, taking ownership of product design, technical analysis, testing, and engineering execution, helping us move toward a more innovative and customer-focused future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead complex engineering initiatives supporting existing Specialty Fluid Conveyance products, including technical support, cost-out activities, product dispositions, and design improvements.
- Develop product designs by defining geometry, materials, sealing concepts, and technical specifications while validating design decisions through engineering calculations and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, including drafting resources and manufacturing partners, to coordinate prototypes, testing, and product implementation activities.
- Apply advanced engineering tools, structured problem-solving methods, and performance analysis to resolve technical challenges and improve product reliability.
- Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously while ensuring clear communication, technical reporting, milestone execution, and alignment across stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of engineering analysis, advanced problem-solving methodologies, product testing, and technical documentation.
- Experience leading complex engineering projects, collaborating across functions, and supporting product improvement initiatives.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong technical communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
