In this role, you will be the creative force behind our learning concepts and materials. By transforming deep subject-matter insights into engaging learning journeys, you will enable people across Danfoss to master new capabilities and drive meaningful business results.
Your work will influence how capability building happens at scale and will directly support our commitment to engineer a more sustainable tomorrow.
We support flexible work setups – including hybrid from one of our Danfoss offices or remote options from Denmark, Germany, or the Netherlands – so you can thrive while balancing your personal and professional life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create impactful learning concepts and materials that turn complex improvement topics into practical, engaging training that supports day-to-day performance.
- Lead the full development lifecycle - from needs analysis to evaluation – to ensure every learning journey delivers measurable value.
- Collaborate closely with Capability Experts across DBS to extract specialist knowledge and translate it into clear, actionable content.
- Design and deliver train‑the‑trainer programs that empower local champions to scale capabilities across regions.
- Evaluate and enhance learning effectiveness using feedback and performance insights, while maintaining the flexibility to travel primarily to our headquarter in Nordborg, Denmark (up to 30%) to collaborate closely with key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a corporate or professional training environment, designing learning programs for experienced professionals.
- Strong experience in instructional design and adult learning, including needs assessment and evaluation.
- Strong consultative communication skills to extract complex knowledge and translate it into clear, structured learning content.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end learning development with high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Experience creating or facilitating train‑the‑trainer programs in a global corporate or cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple and engaging ways.
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about - we think they’re pretty great.
