You will be responsible for implementing the strategy for Partner Sales in Danfoss. Through a strategic cooperation together with our partners increase sales and development of the partner network and distribution sales in Sweden. You will report to the Country Manager of Danfoss Drives in Sweden.


The position is located within Sweden, and will involve regular travel to visit our customers around Sweden.

Job Responsibilities

If you take on the challenge as our new Key Account Manager, you will develop the marketing strategy in line with local/global marketing initiatives.  You will have ownership of the Swedish part of the global partner program, processes, and tools.  Playing an active role together with our aftersales Service Manager in generating and developing DrivesPro business through service partner networks will also be an important part of your work. In addition, your main tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Set the strategy for continuous development of key partner processes and programs.
  • Analyse "Go To Market" strategies and lead partner performance related KPIs.
  • Managing our partners in the Global PEP partner program with cross functional country collaboration with your counterparts within Danfoss
  • Responsible for partner strategy locally in collaboration with colleagues in Northern Europe.
  • Drive initiatives to increase, identify and build partner competency in frontline sales for Danfoss and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management and sales teams for optimization of products and solutions through the distribution channel.

Background & Skills

We would expect you to demonstrate:

  • A background in partner sales and experience in running a network of independent distribution partners across large geographical areas.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Competitive attitude and a strong work ethic 
  • Passionate and persuasive 
  • Demonstrated experience developing Partner and Distribution channels.
  • Experience in managing customer and supplier relationships on both strategic and tactical level. 
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
  • Used to working with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce.
