We’re looking for a Change Experience Designer (Senior Change & Transformation Specialist) to join our Change Enablement & Training Team within Center of Excellence.  

You’ll be part of a global, forward-thinking team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. We’re not just transforming systems, we are designing how people work, connect, and grow.

Job Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Co-create and prototype people-centered change experiences using design thinking, journey mapping, and digital tools.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI to personalize change journeys, measure impact in real time, and continuously improve adoption.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and learning communities to accelerate change and build organizational capability.
  • Design for inclusion and sustainability ensuring psychological safety and a sense of belonging in every change initiative.
  • Empower teams and stakeholders to co-create and lead change, driving a culture of trust, openness, and continuous improvement.
  • Map and influence organizational ecosystems, orchestrating change across interconnected systems and networks.
  • Support transformation journeys by embedding change activities, measuring behavioral shifts, and adapting strategies based on feedback.

 

Background & Skills

Who You Are:

  • Thrive in a culture that values flat hierarchies, empowerment, and trust-based collaboration (Scandinavian-style).
  • Skilled in design thinking, systems thinking, and digital adoption strategies.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, bringing a calm, people-centered approach to complex change.
  • Experienced in facilitating communities of practice, peer learning, and knowledge sharing.
  • Background in behavioral science, organizational development, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Adaptable, curious, and proactive, always seeking new ways to enable people through change.
  • This is not a traditional, process-driven change management role; we are looking for a designer and facilitator of human-centered change who is comfortable with ambiguity and co-creation.

 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with digital adoption platforms, sentiment analysis, and feedback automation.
  • Practice in Agile, Lean Change, and co-creation methodologies.
  • Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and ecosystems.
