Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a creative and strategic design expert to join our Global Marketing Communication team. In this role, you will help us drive our design approach forward by creating world-class content.


You have deep knowledge on everything design-oriented and love sharing your expertise with those around you, helping them to up their game. You can spark people’s creativity and lead them through clear processes to help those ideas become real. You’re able to grasp complex topics quickly, break them down to their essence, and know how to inspire and communicate them to the intended audience.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Execute daily DTP tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Elevate and maintain our design standards, including applying and enforcing our corporate visual identity (CVI).
  • With the help of AI improve existing processes, and templates that help MarCom managers and other creatives develop a high quality of content in an efficient way.
  • Keep MarCom informed about the latest design tools, tactics, and trends.
  • Consult and brainstorm with our marketing colleagues—providing feedback and creative ideas for their projects and campaigns.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree within relevant design area and 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven command of the Adobe suite with examples/portfolio, primarily InDesign and Photoshop. Experience with AI-powered design tools and platforms is a plus.
  • A creative eye with attention to detail, able to bring diverse inputs together into compelling visuals.
  • A proactive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and drive change with a constructive approach.
  • Advanced written and spoken communications skills aimed at internal and external audiences, in English.
  • Self-driven, able to efficiently coordinate and drive projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
