Opis delovnega mesta:

Iščemo zavzetega posameznika za vlogo HR Generalista, ki bo odgovoren za razvoj, vodenje in usklajevanje različnih HR procesov in dejavnosti povezanih z zaposlenimi. Ta vloga vključuje tudi uvajanje novozaposlenih in zagotavljanje povezovanja med HR Business Partnerji in ostalimi HR funkcijami.

Glavne odgovornosti:

  • Vodenje različnih HR procesov in projektov, skladno s politiko podjetja. 
  • Skrb za uvajanje novo-zaposlenih in razvijanje sodobnih HR rešitev.
  • Tesno sodelovanje z vodji oddelkov in zagotavljanje strokovne ustrezne podpore.
  • Sodelovanje z HR Business Partnerji in drugimi HR funkcijami.
  • Zagotavljanje doslednosti in skladnosti znotraj vseh HR dejavnosti.
  • Vključenost v regionalne in globalne HR projekte ter skrb za lokalizacijo. 
  • Razvoj in delo na novih HR projektih za zagotavljanje razvoja kompetenc zaposlenih (talenti & nasledstva).
  • Vključenost v HR procese za zagotavljanje zavzetosti zaposlenih.
  • Izvajanje HR podpornih aktivnosti za razvoj organizacijske kulture.

Pričakovanja:

  • Vsaj 3 leta izkušenj na področju upravljanja s človeškimi viri (HR).
  • Zaključena VII. stopnja univerzitetne izobrazbe. 
  • Poznavanje osnov delovno pravne zakonodaje.
  • Poznavanje kadrovskih procesov.
  • Organizacijske in komunikacijske spretnosti, spretnosti hitrega mišljenja, učenja in učinkovitega iskanja rešitev, prepričljivost, pogum in ustvarjalnost.
  • Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika, pasivno znanje hrvaškega ali srbskega jezika.
