Vaše ključne odgovornosti in naloge bodo:

  • Priprava podatkov za obračun plač, ki ga izvaja zunanji partner (redno zaposleni, študenti, praksa, agencijski zaposleni) in kontrola pripravljenih plač pred izplačilom.
  • Priprava podatkov za izplačilo poslovne uspešnosti in letnega dviga plač. 
  • Vzdrževanje podatkov v kadrovskih informacijskih sistemih in priprava poročil in pripadajoča podpora zaposlenim. 
  • Skrbnik za Time&Attendance program – skrb in vodenje projektov nadgradnje in izboljšav.
  • Priprava budgeta za podjete oz. posamezne oddelke.
  • Priprava različnih poročil in analiz.
  • Poročanje invalidskih kvot.
  • Zbiranje dokumentacije novozaposlenih sodelavcev. 
  • Urejanje in vpisovanje refundacijskih zahtevkov v sistem.
  • Razna druga administrativna dela.
     

Pričakovanja od kandidatov:

  • Zaključena najmanj VI. stopnja izobrazbe.
  • Izražene analitične sposobnosti in usmerjenost v delo s podatki.
  • Napredno znanje MS Excela in dobro poznavanje drugih Microsoftovih orodij.
  • Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika.
  • Sposobnost postavljanja prioritetnih nalog in dobre organizacijske sposobnosti.
  • Natančnost, vestnost in zanesljivost.
  • Spodobnost učinkovitega delovanja v timu.
  • Usmerjenost v delo z ljudmi in dobre komunikacijske sposobnosti.
