What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead manufacturing technology activities within new product development projects to ensure successful product launches and efficient production processes.
- Develop manufacturing concepts, equipment specifications, and production solutions for assembly, testing, tooling, and automation to improve productivity and product quality.
- Apply quality engineering methods, including FMEA, MSA, and SPC, to identify risks, strengthen process control, and support continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain manufacturing data, production routings, bills of materials, and process documentation in SAP to support reliable operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to implement manufacturing improvements and deliver project objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of Experience in a manufacturing environment within engineering, production, quality, product development, or a similar technical role.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, production technologies, and continuous improvement principles.
- Working knowledge of 2D and/or 3D CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo, or SolidWorks, along with experience using business systems such as SAP.
- Professional proficiency in Slovenian and English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
