As our new Mechatronics Engineer, you will develop innovative cooling and HVAC products that improve energy efficiency, performance, and reliability for customers worldwide. Your work will transform ideas and requirements into commercially successful products, from initial concept through validation and industrialization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing new mechatronic products and subsystems for cooling and HVAC applications.
• Refining product requirements and specifications in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
• Creating product concepts, detailed designs, and engineering solutions using 3D CAD tools (PTC Creo).
• Planning, building, and evaluating prototypes, samples, and functional models.
• Driving product verification, laboratory testing, performance evaluation, and final product documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or engineering design.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD design, preferably PTC Creo.
• Experience with prototype development, laboratory testing, and engineering validation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Fluency in Slovenian and English is required.
