The Impact You'll Make

As a Project Manager, Sales Transformation & M&A you’ll help turn strategic priorities into action across our global commercial organization. You’ll lead projects that improve how Sales operates, support the integration of new businesses and connect commercial processes with digital solutions.

Your impact? You’ll bring structure to complex initiatives, connect people across functions and keep projects moving from idea to execution. Your work will help create a more scalable, connected and data-driven Sales organization, while supporting Danfoss’ growth and transformation agenda.

You’ll work across Sales, Digital, Operations, Finance and Leadership, giving you a broad view of the business and the opportunity to influence how we work across markets and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate strategic Sales projects in a cross-functional, international environment, taking initiatives from concept through execution
• Support Sales transformation and Digital integration initiatives, including implementation activities connected to potential M&A opportunities
• Bring stakeholders together, create alignment and drive execution across functions, ensuring clear ownership, priorities and next steps
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and analytical materials that turn complex information into clear insights for decision-making and portfolio governance
• Track the department’s project portfolio, monitor progress, analyze data and manage key milestones, proactively addressing risks and keeping initiatives on track
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in project management, preferably within Sales, Commercial, Business Support or a transformation environment
• A hands-on approach and the ability to turn plans into action, manage multiple priorities and drive projects through to completion
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, presentations and business information
• Experience working in a complex, international and matrix organization, with the ability to navigate different stakeholders and perspectives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
