What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Develop and optimize  machining processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
  • Program and support CNC equipment using G-code and CAM tools to ensure reliable and efficient production operations.
  • Introducing new products and manufacturing solutions by collaborating across engineering, quality, and production teams.
  • Analyze production and quality challenges and implement corrective actions that improve process stability and reduce downtime.
  • Provide technical expertise and documentation that supports safe, standardized, and scalable manufacturing processes.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with machining technologies such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, threading, or related manufacturing processes.
  • Working knowledge of CNC programming and G-code, with the ability to support machining process improvements.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing documentation and apply them in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Slovenian.
