Your impact? You will enable fact-based, data-driven decisions that enhanced supply-demand balance, and optimized inventory performance across regions. By strengthening our global SIOP framework, you directly contribute to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and our sustainability ambitions.

You’ll collaborate with global leadership, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, taking SIOP governance scenario planning and digital transformation initiatives, helping us build a more resilient, agile, and future-ready supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive integrated business planning cycles through monthly and quarterly SIOP reviews, aligning demand, supply, and inventory with strategic goal
  • Develop scenario and capacity planning models to anticipate risks, evaluate trade-offs, and support proactive decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to balance business growth, operational constraints, and financial objectives
  • Advance digitalization and performance by integrating planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Anaplan), improving data quality, and embedding KPI-driven continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in SIOP/IBP or end-to-end supply chain planning within a global, industrial environment
  • Strong expertise in integrated business planning, SIOP processes and analytics, including demand/supply balancing, scenario planning, and inventory optimization
  • Experience with advanced planning and analytics tools, such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel
  • Proven ability to lead global collaboration and drive alignment across functions, regions and organizational levels
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
