The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a student to help our Portfolio Director and Product Managers keep a wide range of activities moving. You will work with colleagues across Product Management, Sales, Marketing and R&D, and gain a practical view of how products are developed, launched and supported in global markets.
This is a role for someone who likes bringing people and information together, enjoys solving everyday problems and is willing to learn. We will teach you the product and portfolio skills you need. What matters most to us is your attitude, initiative and ability to follow things through.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help plan and coordinate workshops, team discussions, customer visits and market meetings.
• Prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and actions, and follow up with the people involved.
• Support Product Managers with launch activities, market communication, training sessions and sales materials.
• Bring together customer and market input so the team can see open questions, opportunities and next steps.
• Help keep plans, activity lists and shared information clear and up to date.
• Suggest simpler ways to organize our work and contribute skills or ideas that are new to the team.

The work will vary from week to week. You might help arrange a customer visit one day and coordinate input for a product launch the next. As you learn, you will be able to take ownership of defined activities.

You do not need previous product management experience. Experience with organizing activities, preparing clear materials or using digital tools is welcome, but your willingness to learn matters more.

Selection process

We will include a few short, practical exercises in the selection process. They will reflect the kind of work you would do in the role, such as organizing information, planning an activity or proposing a solution to an everyday coordination problem.
