What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for customer and manufacturing quality issues, helping prevent recurrence and improve product reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process risks, implement preventive actions, and improve operational performance.
- Strengthen quality systems through audits, documentation management, and compliance activities that support industry and customer standards.
- Apply quality and continuous improvement tools to analyze performance data, drive decision-making, and deliver measurable business results.
- Coach and support employees in quality methods and best practices, helping build capability and a culture of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience with metrology, gauging and calibration system management experience
- Experience in manufacturing environments; experience with metal stamping/pressing and assembly operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, 8D, RCPS, SOP, and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Axapta or SAP)
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful changes
