Your leadership will help ensure supply continuity, drive business growth, and strengthen our competitive position in a rapidly evolving global market.

You will work closely with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial functions to create long-term value through innovation, resilience, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead and execute the North America procurement strategy, aligning sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Drive procurement excellence through category management, cost productivity initiatives, supplier development, and strategic sourcing programs that improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to support new product development, ensuring supplier readiness, supply continuity, and successful product launches.
  • Advance digital procurement capabilities, including automation, analytics, process standardization, and performance dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience by managing supplier risk, supporting ESG and compliance initiatives, and developing sourcing strategies that mitigate geopolitical and market disruptions.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field, along with highly experienced leadership in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operations, supplier relationship management, and global supply networks.
  • Proven success leading organizational transformation, developing procurement capabilities, and delivering measurable business results through change leadership.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with experience balancing cost, quality, delivery, risk, and working capital objectives.
  • Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, professional certifications such as CPSM, C.P.M., CSCP, APICS, or ISM, and experience with industrial manufacturing, supplier quality, ESG requirements, trade compliance, or digital procurement transformation.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000-$185,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
