Production Trainer

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a 1st Shift  HIgh Power E Frame Trainer ​to join us at our diverse team in Loves Park, IL. Along with assembly job function, trainer is responsible for training assemblers, monitoring their progress, suggesting/ implementing improvements to training system, as well as helping with general Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS). 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Assembles products as required with strict adherence to manufacturing due dates and quality standards. 

• Actively train assemblers/ follow up and refresh others when processes change. Coordination/ improving training system. All Assembler duties. 

• Demonstrated very high quality / productivity in assembly. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. 

• Ability to identify potential process improvements and help in implementing them. Ability to plan/ coordinate schedules and due dates.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

• Experience with electronics. 

• Ability to keep up with changing processes and fast paced environment. 

• Team player working with many functions (TC, Supervisor, Quality, assemblers, test repair)
