What We're Looking For
- Experience in maintenance management and a strong ability to deliver reliable equipment performance.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, particularly in written and verbal formats.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
