The Impact You'll Make

 

As a Maintenance and Spare Parts Specialist based in Pomezia, you’ll play an important role in helping keep our production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure operating safely and efficiently. Working closely with the Senior Service & Facility Manager, you’ll use data, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise to improve equipment reliability and support business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure
  • Analyze equipment failure data and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Investigate recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability
  • Monitor key maintenance and operational KPIs and use insights to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and review spare parts inventory levels, helping to ensure availability of critical components while reducing obsolete stock

What We're Looking For

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar industrial environment
  • Ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and turn insights into practical improvement actions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive approach to work
  • Professional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS) will be a considerable advantage
  • Experience with maintenance planning, asset management, reliability engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives
