The Impact You'll Make

As our Manager Maintenance , you’ll play a key role in monitoring, controlling, and evaluating the overall plant maintenance activities to ensure the highest level of uptime of production machines, equipment, and systems in the plant.

 

By effectively driving TPM pillars, managing external agencies related to plant and machinery maintenance, and overseeing spare parts management, you will ensure smooth plant operations. Your efforts in driving continuous improvement culture, energy conservation, kaizens, and cost focus will strengthen plant reliability and operational efficiency.

 

You’ll collaborate with external agencies related to plant and machinery maintenance and take ownership of TPM implementation, spare parts management, continuous improvement initiatives, energy conservation, kaizens, and cost-related activities, helping ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead to maintain monthly machine breakdown data with Mean Time Between Failure / Mean Time To Rectify, enhanced the response of maintenance team to breakdowns, monitoring PM‑effectiveness and schedule attainment, failure analysis of machinery.

Support to maintain effective system for spares & consumables management, managing outsourced activities related to plant and machinery & execution of AMCs.

Collaborate responsible for RCPS meeting, various audits related maintenance audits.

Use skills responsible for new improvement & Kaizen, MSEB unit reduction & energy conservation.

Continuously ensure responsible for safety of maintenance team.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 20–25 years of experience.

Specialized Knowledge: Firsthand experience in handling Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and Hydraulics maintenance of CNC Precision Grinding, Honing, special purpose machines, hydraulic test stands & allied equipment; understands computer peripherals, network, and software requirements.

Maintenance & Improvement Expertise: Experience in driving Autonomous, Breakdown, Preventive & Predictive maintenance, TPM Kaizen events; continuous improvement culture like 5S, TPM, Lean‑Six Sigma; systematic problem solving using 8D and 7 QC tools.

People, Process & Compliance: People management capabilities & effective utilization of workforce; ability to understand & formulate contractual agreements and execute them; knowledge of QMS ISO/TS 16949, EHS ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

Performance & Systems: Experience in identification of critical spares and spare parts management; monitoring & YoY improvement of maintenance function performance in terms of SQDCE; experience in use of Maximo software for maintenance MIS will be added advantage
