The Impact You'll Make

Lead a dedicated team of 10 professionals who ensure our commercial compressors reach customers on time, every time. As our Order Fulfillment Manager (m/f/d) in Frickenhausen near Stuttgart, you will drive operational excellence in a critical function that directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success. You will have the autonomy to optimize processes, reduce costs, and elevate our already high delivery performance standards to new levels—making a tangible difference in how we serve our customers across the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry.
This is more than managing daily operations. You will be the bridge between sales, customer service center,  production, and material planning, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes while leading continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of our fulfillment operations. What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10 employees responsible for order processing, picking, and shipping, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Optimize order fulfillment processes by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer service center, production, and material planning teams to coordinate seamless processes and resolve challenges that impact delivery performance
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, preparing regular analyses that provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions for operational improvements to ensure on-time delivery of our products
  • Guarantee quality and compliance by ensuring all outgoing orders meet company quality standards, customer expectations, and relevant legal and safety regulations

What We're Looking For

 

  • Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification paired with several years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, supply chain, or distribution, including proven experience in team management and leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics processes with a track record of driving operational improvements
  • Extensive hands-on experience using SAP in an operational environment
  • Business Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) as well as excellent communication skills—diplomatic yet assertive, able to influence and align stakeholders across departments in a matrix organization
