Job Category:  Supply Chain and Operations
Work Location Type:  On-site

The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will play a key role in transforming our Sartrouville factory by shaping how purchasing, supply planning, and production scheduling work together. You will directly support business continuity, cost competitiveness, and the future readiness of the site.

Lead the shift toward a more strategic, data-driven, and structured supply chain setup, aligned with Danfoss standards. With strong ownership of procurement and supply planning, you will guide the factory in the change from legacy ways of working to modern, scalable processes.

This is a unique opportunity to drive real change, influence long-term supplier strategy, and lead a team through the transformation into a stable industrial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and transform purchasing and supply activities, building a clear strategy that merges procurement and purchasing while aligning with Danfoss group policies
  • Reshape the supplier landscape by consolidating suppliers, negotiating strong contracts, improving cost performance, and ensuring long-term reliability
  • Own supply and production planning, working closely with production, sales, and logistics to secure product availability and optimize cash and inventory levels
  • Drive performance through data, setting KPIs for suppliers and inventory, using SAP insights, and leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and develop a small team, guiding them through change, addressing resistance, and creating a collaborative and accountable working culture

What We're Looking For

  • An academic degree or vocational training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • Several years of practical experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the industrial sector, as well as experience from people management roles
  • People leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to take charge in a transformation process - build structure, processes, KPIs, and contract management from the ground up and lead experienced teams through change with clarity, empathy, and determination
  • Solid SAP expertise and confidence working with data to support planning, inventory, and supplier performance
  • Fluent French and very good English language skills in speaking and writing

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
