The Impact You'll Make
As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving how products are built on the factory floor. You’ll work side by side with experienced Manufacturing Engineers to make processes safer, faster, and more efficient.
This internship gives you real-world exposure to lean manufacturing, 3D printing, and production optimization. Your work will directly support safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while helping shape the future of manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support manufacturing improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance

Help analyze and optimize inventory levels, equipment layouts, and production workflows

Create and update CAD floor layouts, work instructions, and production documentation

Design, fabricate, and test solutions using solid modeling and 3D printing

Conduct time studies, 5S improvements, and root cause problem-solving on the factory floor
What We're Looking For
- You’re pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- You’re comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, including light physical work and use of tools
- You have working knowledge of AutoCAD, solid modeling software, and Microsoft Office
- You communicate clearly in English and can apply basic math and lean concepts to solve problems

The US hourly rate for this internship position is $22.00- $25.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
