The Manufacture Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant. The Manufacture Engineer works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manufacturing Process & Assembly :
- Design, develop, and optimize precision assembly processes and production lines.
- Design and create drawings for necessary tooling, jigs, and fixtures using 3D CAD software.
- Lead root cause analysis for any process or quality issues on the assembly line.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen) focused on efficiency and quality.
Packaging Design & Management:
- Design, validate, and implement robust and cost-effective packaging solutions for new and existing products.
- Manage packaging-related projects, including supplier evaluation, machine/tooling confirmation, and specification updates.
- Conduct packaging risk assessments and create control plans.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a precision assembly & testing environment.
- Proven, practical experience in designing and drawing mechanical components, tooling, or fixtures.
- Demonstrable experience in industrial packaging design, representing a significant part of your previous roles.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and at least one major 3D CAD software.
