The Impact You'll Make

As the Associate Product Manager for Data Center, you will be an important player in the definition and implementation of our global product strategy. By supporting the lifecycle management, strategic pricing, and go-to-market initiatives of key product lines, you will help us optimize our global portfolio, align cross-functional teams, and ensure we remain an innovative and trusted partner. This is an onsite role with a pay range of 70-85K.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Support regional execution of the product lifecycle strategy, rationalization and strategic pricing.  
• Support global Product Manager to establish and execute strategic plans of one or multiple dedicated product lines globally. 
• Work with cross-functional global teams to develop commercial plans. 
• Drive focused go-to-market activity and push key initiatives that align with the Data Center business unit commercial and business development strategies. 

What We're Looking For

Required (basic) Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.  
• Experience handling technical product lines in this or similar industries. 
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align and effectively engage with stakeholders. 
• Ability to travel 10% both domestic and internationally.

Preferred qualifications 

• Knowledge of data center infrastructure (preferably hose and fittings), liquid cooling technologies, thermal management solutions, or related technology markets is preferred. 

Job Criteria 

• Ability to deeply understand technical products to lead discussions on quality, product enhancements, and customer feedback. 
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail to align and work effectively across teams. 
• Strong self-motivation and accountability to take ownership and drive projects end-to-end. 
• Excellent organizational skills to manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and fast-paced situations with accuracy and professionalism.
