Job Description
Danfoss in Maumee, OH is searching for a Product Management Intern. With a “run the business as your own” attitude, the Product Management team engages in many important business responsibilities including marketing, pricing, data management, sales and engineering support, product lifecycle management, procurement, support of manufacturing plants, and general business planning. Key responsibilities in this role will be generating business intel and using this information to help strategize product plans and support marketing decisions. This is an on-site position that will offer exposure to all areas of product management.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Review and analyze data sets for trends and irregularities.
- Evaluate Danfoss’ competitor offerings.
- Learn and provide pricing guidance to support the pricing and sales teams.
- Assist in product promotion and creation of value propositions.
- Assist in all daily job-related activities, including tradeshow support, data integrity analysis, and thorough content reviews.
- Support business development and growth activities.
- Assist in quality assurance activities related to Danfoss’ online presence, digital solutions and applications, and product marketing materials.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Candidates must be located within 50 miles of the work location.
- Availability to work full-time during Summer 2025, with potential to continue part-time during the semesters.
- Willingness to work in diverse and technical global teams.
- Ability to summarize data and information through analytical and strategic thinking.
- Gets results through collaboration and effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with or aptitude to understand basic financial analysis.
- A strong business sense to make judgments on customer/market acceptance ranging from product/feature offering to pricing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
