Are you ready to be the analytical engine behind a global supply chain that’s building a more sustainable future? As a Global Supply Planning Analyst, you will ensure our entire manufacturing network is synchronized, enabling us to deliver on our customer promises.
You will be at the center of our digital transformation, using advanced systems like SAP, Power BI, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. You’ll bridge the gap between product design and production, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Your data-driven insights will be critical in balancing capacity, proactively solving constraints, and making sure our supply chain runs with world-class efficiency. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on our operations and sustainability goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain global supply and inventory plans using SAP to ensure perfect alignment between customer demand and our production capabilities.
- Act as a key systems expert, driving data integrity and process standardization across our SAP and PLM platforms to create a single source of truth.
- Analyze manufacturing capacity to identify hidden constraints and unlock new opportunities for efficiency, working directly with our plant and operations teams.
- Create and manage dynamic Power BI dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into supply chain performance for our global leadership.
- Ensure a seamless flow from product design to delivery by managing new product introductions (NPI) and end-of-life transitions within our supply plan.
- Travel up to 25% - domestic and international
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Analytics, combined with 3+ years of experience in a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong, hands-on experience with SAP (APO, IBP, or ECC), Power BI, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, including manufacturing capacity, and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and managing new product introductions.
- An APICS/CSCP certification is a strong advantage, and familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
