The Impact You'll Make
1. Lead the development of structural platforms for new motor products and optimize existing product structures to solve technical challenges such as NVH suppression , heat dissipation and performance structure optimization.
2. Establish a collaborative workflow between structural design and electromagnetic simulation to shorten the iteration cycle caused by design changes.
3. Lead or coordinate the project team to ensure the efficient implementation of the structural design scheme during the prototype trial production and mass production stagest.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Independently complete the 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing output of the entire motor, and conduct dimensional chain and tolerance analysis (GD&T) according to standards and specifications.
2. Responsible for static and dynamic simulation (strength, modal analysis) of components, as well as structural heat dissipation design related to thermal management, to ensure the reliability of products under multiple physical field conditions.
3. Deeply participate in the review of electromagnetic solutions, understand the structural requirements of electromagnetic design, and ensure the realization of electromagnetic performance from a structural perspective.
4. Work closely with electromagnetic engineers, CAE engineers, and testing engineers to develop a prototype testing outline, and optimize the structural closed-loop based on test feedback.
5. Prepare technical documents such as product BOM, DFMEA, assembly process manual, etc.Participate in establishing platform based and modular specifications for motor structure design.
What We're Looking For
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, vehicle engineering, or related fields.
2. Work experience:Over 5 years of structural design experience in motor bodies, especially permanent magnet synchronous motors. at least 2 complete product development (from conceptual design to mass production SOP) project leadership or core participation experiences.
3. Competence:
• Structural design tools: Proficient in NX (UG) for 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing, familiar with 3D numerical modeling management, BOM maintenance, and design change processes on the Teamcenter platform (with practical experience working collaboratively in the Teamcenter environment).
• Simulation analysis ability: Proficient in using Ansys series software (including but not limited to Workbench, Mechanical APDL) for static, modal, and vibration harmonic response analysis of motor structural components, with practical project experience in optimizing structures based on simulation results to avoid resonance frequency bands.
• PSpecialty in Rotating Machinery: Possess a solid foundation in the design of Rotating Machines, with a deep understanding of high-speed shaft dynamics (critical speed calculation), bearing selection and verification, dynamic balance level standards, and rotor stator system fit tolerance design.
• Cross functional coordination ability: In my past experience, I have served as a technical leader to coordinate with departments such as electromagnetic, process, procurement, and quality to solve complex problems (such as prototype vibration exceeding standards and complaints about production size chains)..
4. Language:Good English reading ability, good learning ability, communication ability, and teamwork spirit.
5. Personal characteristics:Strong team player, having a good character, diligent and dedicated, strong sense of
work responsibility, and able to withstand work pressure.
