Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Danfoss, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding and developing a strong partner network. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating revenue, and driving partner-led sales.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Drive partner sales opportunities, focusing on new business generation through the partner network.

Re-engage dormant partners, identifying opportunities to drive revenue through existing relationships.

Own the sales cycle for partner-driven deals, working collaboratively with partners to qualify, progress, and close opportunities.

Proactively identify and recruit high-potential partners who can drive incremental revenue.

Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration between direct and partner sales motions.

Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities to increase sales efficiency and opportunity velocity.

Support co-branded marketing initiatives, partner events, and lead-generation campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner effectiveness.

Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce)

Proven experience identifying and building a partner network.

Technical understanding of heat exchanger products and their application is preferred.

Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems and performance tracking.

Solid understanding of the Australian sales landscape and competitive environment.

Degree qualified in engineering, mechanical or equivalent relevant experience.
