The Impact You'll Make
As our Senior Application Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers within the Asia Pacific Region in application and product support for Turbocor Oil-free compressors
You’ll take ownership of product support and warranty, helping us to drive market share globally within the compressor environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical advice, commissioning support, and troubleshoot product issues for external customers across the APAC region, via phone and email.
- Travel to customer sites to resolve product issues or to assist with pre- or post-sales support
- Support sales with technical execution of sales plans and conduct product training for internal/external customers as required.
- Work in collaboration with the Danfoss plants based in US and China.
What We're Looking For
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems specifically Chillers
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineer or Refrigeration or experience as Chiller Technician
- Good time management and customer service skills
- Ability to travel overseas as required
- Confidence to work alone and in team environment
