Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Generalist, who is seeking new opportunities in a global environment. You will work in our Milwaukee location and have direct responsibility for all site HR needs/requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • In this role, you will focus on HR Policies and Procedures at the Milwaukee location to include: Employee Relations, Benefits & Leave Administration, Safety, and other duties as assigned
  • You will act as a partner to local site leadership and North American HR
  • You will support the North American and Global HR Organization through projects, trainings, and initiatives to improve communication throughout your area of responsibility
Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Relevant university degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) is required, and preferable HR experience within a global, industrial environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures
  • Experience in manufacturing environment highly preferred
