This is your opportunity to lead and execute the entire OEM commercial strategy across the Americas region. You will be the driving force behind our sustainable and profitable growth, shaping our partnerships with the world’s leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

 

In this highly visible role, you will build strong executive-level relationships and guide regional sales teams to accelerate new business wins. Your strategic vision will directly influence how we integrate our solutions, from fluid conveyance to power solutions, into our customers' products.

 

Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering revenue growth, expanding our margins, and increasing market share. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial leadership to solidify Danfoss’s position as the preferred solutions provider across the Americas.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Director of OEM Sales, you will be the architect of our regional growth. You will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Shape and execute the OEM sales strategy for the Americas, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in key industrial sectors.
  • Build and nurture executive-level partnerships with our most important OEM customers, positioning Danfoss as their preferred solutions provider.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with our engineering, business unit, and distribution teams to deliver tailored solutions and accelerate new business wins.
  • Guide your team in using consultative, technical selling to secure specification wins and navigate complex negotiations for our advanced solutions.
  • Drive commercial excellence through disciplined forecasting, pipeline management (Salesforce), and data-driven performance to ensure predictable and profitable growth.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a strategic commercial leader with a passion for building partnerships and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial or technical B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing major OEM accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional or multi-country sales teams, with a focus on accountability and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Deep technical and commercial expertise in hydraulics, fluid conveyance, or related industrial component sectors.
  • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, advanced negotiation, and financial acumen, with the ability to build strong executive relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
