Danfoss is seeking highly skilled SAP professionals with project management and hands-on experience to join the One ERP team as Business Consultants within the Forecast to Produce team (F2P). F2P covers all production planning processes, both tactical and operational. The team plays a major role within the One ERP program and is connected to all other functional teams such as Finance, MM, and WM, which makes this role exciting and challenging.

As a business consultant, you will lead tasks in a release with its scoped entities from legacy analytics to post go-live support. Workshops, cross-functional alignments, test and training planning, and active communication with experienced international business and IT colleagues are part of this exciting and rewarding role.

Besides being involved in the rollout of SAP S4 Hana across Danfoss, the role also includes participation in a variety of developments. The biggest upcoming project on the horizon is “Embedded APO,” where we need to plan from scratch for the migration from the standalone APO system to the S/4 Hana embedded solution and execute upon.

Job Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

 

  • Secure that we have the best solutions for Planning available in our Template and continuously explore new technical options and developments from SAP.
  • Gathering requirements from local users, matching them with our template solutions, making sure we have a fit. If not, then identifying and clearly describing the gaps.
  • Participating in and leading activities during a release, from requirements gathering to development and testing of solutions until Going live and Post Go-Live Support.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

 

  • Any Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business education or a background in Information Technology.
  • You need to have a good understanding of end-to-end Business Processes, especially the part including production planning. 
  • You have strong skills in the SAP PP module, with knowledge about business processes, flows, and connected master data and transactional data.
  • Experience with Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO): Planning Board/Table, Resources, Transportation lanes, Configurable process scheduling, and ATP check.
  • You have experience as a consultant in global SAP upgrade/implementation projects.
  • You are a strong communicator who can be assertive if needed and steer discussions to stay on track with the agenda.
