The Impact You'll Make

The Inventory Control Analyst/Cycle Counter will be responsible for controlling inventory at the Mountain Home Plant by counting materials and comparing to inventory reports.  This position will be responsible for investigating and performing root cause problem solving on discrepancies found in cycle counts.  This position will report to the Supply Chain Manager and is a 1st Shift position.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided.  Contribute to our Zero Incident Safety Culture by abiding by and actively promoting all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures any addition to any department specific tasks.
  • Perform cycle counts daily per work instructions.
  • Perform root cause investigation and implement corrective actions to address inventory discrepancies.
  • Employ continuous improvement framework to improve inventory accuracy and reduce instances of non-compliance.
  • Summarize and report root cause code data monthly to the site Supply Chain Manager and Controller.
  • Keep work area clean and free of hazards – maintains 5S housekeeping standards.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an Accredited Institution.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • MRP/ERP experience
  • Ability to drive a forklift.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
