As our new Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our die bonders, PINK formic acid furnaces, dispensing systems, and automation integration equipment—enabling stable, high-quality IGBT power module production with minimal unplanned downtime.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) and TPM plans for die bonders, PINK formic acid furnaces, dispensing systems, and related automation equipment to maximize uptime and equipment life.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software faults on the above equipment quickly and effectively.
  • Drive OEE improvement through data-driven analysis of MTTR, MTBF, and downtime trends.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, maintain safety stock levels, and actively drive localization of critical spare parts.

  • Train operators and technicians on machine safety, routine cleaning, and basic maintenance.

  • Proven ability to independently complete programming, modification, and commissioning of automation projects.
  • Experience with power module packaging equipment – specifically die bonders, PINK formic acid furnaces, or dispensing systems – is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of databases is a plus; experience with AI-based SCADA or digitalization application development is strongly preferred.
