Job Responsibilities
• Be responsible for overall admin management to ensure a quality ,professional,safety,satisfying service of canteen ,space management ,reception,company activities,visit receiving,etc.;
• Setup administration orgnazation and administrative services procedure, Ensure right standard and SOP are ready and implemented;(e.g. canteen, travel,mobile, express, stationery, office supply,drivers,chop mngt, archives management.etc.)
• Be central communication of canteen demands' handling,include collecting , communication, incident handling and solution;
• Manage service contractors' performance through full phases , include demand definition, contractor selection, evaluation, daily management ,KPI evaluation, contract negotiation,etc;
• Be responsible for organization of VIP meetings, visit, campus celebration party,annual party, outing & team building activities, government project application,etc.
• Chop management;
• Manage adm related digital portal and teams site,include but not limited meal allication,dispatch letter,service center,etc.
• Manage and build a high perfromance and high motivation team, asign,train,motivate,evaluate the teams;
• Review and approve adm related action and cost;
• Support Adm strategy and improvement projects cross site.
Background & Skills
• Bachelor degree or above within related areas
• Excellent oral and writing English skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel ,portal,teamsite,etc.)
• Strong capabilities in organizing various activities
• Strong vendor performance management skills
• Customer focus and Continues improvement concept
• Strong communication skill with different level of internal and external organization
• strong drive to acheive target, Accept Challenging and pressure
• Flexible and adaptive to solve problems in different situation
