Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Takes responsibilities for quality issues from customers;
- Management failure analysis team;
- Responsible for effective claim management (response time, 8D process, KPIs and statistics)
- Visits customers to handle critical quality issues on site;
- Communicates critical quality issues with headquarters and sister companies;
- Works out technical proposals to eliminate product failures and improve product quality.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- University degree in power electronics or drive technology
- At least 5 years of experience in power electronic application or failure analysis
- Good knowledge of power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET, thyristor, diode
- Experience in team leading
- Experience in working cross-functional
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Benefit: Experienced in handling of test equipment like oscilloscope, microscope and curve tracer
