HVAC Engineer-厂务(洁净厂房）

Job Responsibilities

1.Promote digital management of factory facilities, to achieve stable, efficient and convenient facility service.
2.Excavate and carry out ESG project.
3.Mange HVAC syste ledger and  the standard files about equipment precaution, operation, running and maintenance.
4.Implement of prevention maintenance, annual and monthly maintenance.
5.Review the related reports, grasp the equipment operation state, found the problem and analysis the reason in time, to ensure the HVAC system in good operation at any time.
6.Provide stable facility supply for both office and production line. Ensure a steady supply of water, electricity, air condition and gas. Responsible for rushing repair on accident conditions.
7.Manage and coordinate the service contractors and equipment suppliers. Manage the performance and evaluation for the supplier’s spot check, maintenance.
8.Fulfilling the duty of environment protection, occupational safety and safety in production and operation.
9.Assist supervisor to complete reconstruction, removal and energy-saving project in production line.

Background & Skills

1.Bachelor degree or above in HVAC or mechanical relate field, familiar with the construction, electrical and mechanical drawings.
2.8+ years clean room maintenance experiences of electronics/pharmaceutical factory, with project management experience is preferred.
3.Both HVAC system calculation and analysis ability, Proficient with Microsoft office software and CAD software.
4.Have basic English written and communication skills.
5.With strong work sense of responsibility, initiative and self-consciousness.
6.Good ability of analysing and resolving problem.
