The Impact You'll Make

As our Head of Editron, China, you’ll play a key role in leading and growing one of our most strategically important markets, driving business performance, operational excellence, and long-term sustainable growth. You will serve as the senior leader for the China business, overseeing all aspects of the operation while ensuring alignment with global Editron strategy, customer commitments, and financial objectives.

Your impact will be measured by your ability to strengthen market position, accelerate profitable growth, develop high-performing teams, and deliver outstanding results across operations, engineering, sales, and customer engagement. Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement that enables the organization to achieve both short- and long-term business goals.

You'll collaborate closely with global functional leaders, regional stakeholders, customers, and strategic partners while taking ownership of business performance, operational execution, talent development, and strategic initiatives that support the continued growth and success of Editron in China.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading overall China business operations with full accountability for business performance, growth, and execution.
  •   Driving Plant Operations excellence to ensure safety, quality, delivery performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  •  Leading Sales Development activities, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the Editron footprint across key market segments.
  • Providing leadership and direction to Engineering teams to ensure successful product development, technical expertise, and alignment with customer and business needs.
  • Owning and managing the China P&L, including revenue growth, cost optimization, profitability improvement, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Developing and executing country-specific business strategies aligned with global objectives and long-term growth plans.
  •   Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, government stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  •  Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Driving strategic business initiatives, operational improvements, and transformation activities that enhance competitiveness and organizational effectiveness.
  •  Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, safety, and corporate governance requirements.
  •   Partnering with global business and functional leaders to align priorities, share best practices, and support enterprise-wide objectives.
  •  Monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies for the business.
  • Championing continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of the organization to support future growth and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and extensive leadership experience heading regional or divisional operations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to drive strategic thinking, align country-specific goals with global objectives, and delegate effectively to empower local teams.
  • People Development: Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build executive talent and a high-performing leadership pipeline.
  • Influence & Motivation: Exceptional communication skills to motivate diverse teams, role-model organizational values, and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A growth-oriented mindset focused on fostering cross-functional collaboration, driving accountability, and executing strategic business initiatives
