The Impact You'll Make
As our Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and optimizing test solutions (dynamic/static) for chips and products. Develop test programs, standardize workflows (PFMEA/CP), monitor yield, and resolve batch issues. Manage equipment selection/maintenance, train staff, and conduct quality improvement. Drive root cause investigations to ensure product reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for introduction, debugging and maintenance of test programs/softwares/systems
- Responsible for daily yield monitoring and improving, collecting test data throughout product lifecycle to provide data support for quality analysis.
- Summarize the problems found in the testing process, make records and provide improvement plan.
- Responsible for updating process documentation for testing process, including PFMEA, CP, SOP and Lesson Learned. Regularly maintain key control points in the production process (e.g. SPC or 100% inspection data).
- Handle abnormal production yield batches, conduct risk assessments for non-conforming batches, and complete related reports
- Ensure proper operation of testing process for production by training & coaching line leaders and operators.
- Responsible for researching, evaluating, and selecting testing equipment; validate and confirm testing fixtures; establish maintenance standards for testing fixtures; collaborate with equipment engineers to complete regular PM and troubleshooting.
- Assist in analyzing customer complaints, develop interim solutions and corrective/preventive actions, track implementation progress, collect relevant rectification data, and complete related quality reports.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in electrical, power electronics, mechatronics, automation or a related field, with basic knowledge in power semiconductor device.
- Proven experience in test engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of various equipment and systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Experiences of Step 7, Visual Basic, CoDeSys, Labview, and C++ are preferred.
