Qualification Test Engineer

Job Description

Semikron Danfoss is seeking a Qualification Engineer to join our team. Complete the reliability test of power module according to the company's test specification, study and analyze the power module lifetime and process related factors, and give the test analysis report

Job Responsibilities

•    Responsible for the development and implementation of MOSFET, IGBT and other power module reliability test program
•    Responsible for the correctness of test room setup and the programming of test equipment
•    Prepare test documents and evaluation results according to test specifications
•    Determination and validation of electrical parameters (incl. statistics)
•    Independently modify or set up the test device to meet the specific characteristics of the test project
•    Electrical and mechanical setup of test and environment chambers
•    Write test report
•    Maintain and calibrate test equipment include 5S of lab

Background & Skills

Qualification
•    Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, physics or related
•    Fundamental knowledge about power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET, Thyristor, Diode
•    At least 1 years experience in reliability test, including but not limited to HTRB, HTGB, TST, PC, etc
•    Extensive knowledge of power electric devices measurement techniques
•    Deep understanding of the basic principles of power devices, have a good background in electronics or physics
•    Basic knowledge of parasitic properties of electrical structures and Familiar with IEC60747 and IEC60749 semiconductor related test standards
Skills:
•    Construction and measurement of assemblies according to circuit diagrams as well as the implementation of only systematically specified circuits.
•    Interpret measurement, inspection and test results
•    Dealing with standards and test specifications
•    Familiar with measurement equipment for power electronic applications like Scope
•    Basic knowing the of laboratory rules (test field)
•    Good knowledge of Word and Excel
•    Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
•    Good communication skills
•    Interested in electrical testing work
