The Impact You'll Make

As our Sourcing Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in management of procurement projects in matrix organization with cross functional teams to achieve project goals. This role drives category strategies, negotiates key contracts, and partners cross-functionally to support business growth and operational excellence.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage assigned categories.
  • Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking, and supplier capability assessments
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous cost optimization

Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
  • Lead supplier selection, qualification, and performance evaluation
  • Drive supplier development initiatives (cost, quality, delivery, innovation)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and project sourcing activities
  • Align procurement plans with production forecasts and business priorities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization & complex environment.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • English can be used as a daily working language.
  • E-motor or invertor manufacturing background is a plus.
