As our Test Analysis Engineer, you’ll play a key role in failure analysis, reliability testing and continuous laboratory improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Failure Analysis
Conduct reliability test failure analysis for power modules, include troubleshooting, mechanism study and so on
Coordinate with 3rd lab for failure analysis with SAM, X-Ray, SEM/EDS, Thermal, EMMI - Reliability Engineering
To define reliability test plan such as HTRB, HTGB, H3TRB, Power Cycling, and Thermal Cycling，excuetion and assessment
Lead cross-functional task forces (R&D, Process, Quality, Manufacturing) to resolve critical reliability issues - Continuous Improvement，drive continuous improvement initiatives for lab procedures, equipment, and workflows.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as required.
What We're Looking For
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Electronic Packaging, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Work Experience:
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a background in areas including Reliability, Failure Analysis (FA), R&D, or Process Engineering.
2.At least 2 years of hands-on FA experience related to power modules, with the ability to independently conduct failure localization, root cause investigation, and mechanism analysis.
3.Minimum of 1 year of experience in power module reliability testing, with a solid understanding of common reliability standards and test equipment.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
1.Familiar with the packaging processes of IGBT and SiC power modules, including knowledge of chips, solder layers, wire bonds, and DBC/AMB substrates.
2.Proficient in using analytical tools like SAM, X-Ray, and SEM/EDS, demonstrating strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities.
Project Management & Soft Skills:
1.Proven experience in cross-functional project management, capable of driving collaboration between R&D, Process, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure problem closure and the implementation of improvements.
2.Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
3.English can be used as working language.
