The Impact You'll Make

 

As a Customer Care Representative (EMEA), you will be a key point of contact for our customers across the EMEA region. Through your dedication, you will help ensure that orders are processed reliably and that customers receive clear and timely information throughout their journey.
Working closely with international teams and global production sites, you will support smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries. Your contribution will help create a positive customer experience and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of future permanent employment.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Process customer orders and inquiries to ensure reliable and timely order fulfillment.
  • Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness so customers receive the correct products and information.
  • Collaborate with global production sites to coordinate deliveries and support customer requirements.
  • Keep customers informed by confirming orders, providing status updates, and responding to inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support an effective and seamless order management process.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A structured and self-driven approach to work, combined with strong collaboration skills.
  • The ability to organize and prioritize tasks while adapting to changing business needs.
  • Experience working with SAP (including EDI) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent English language skills; additional European languages are an advantage.
