The Impact You'll Make
As our new Maintenance Technician I, you will support the maintenance team with essential entry-level tasks while building your technical skills. Your work will help keep equipment reliable and ensure a safe, organized environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks in Maximo.
- Operate basic shop tools such as drill press and saw.
- Shadow troubleshooting and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Organize and maintain the tool crib.
- Participate in safety and 5S activities.
- Supporting technicians with routine maintenance tasks.
- Learning troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols.
- Keeping tools and work areas organized for efficiency.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn.
- Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and coachable attitude
