The Impact You'll Make

As our new Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your work will minimize downtime, support production goals, and ensure our teams have the equipment they need to deliver quality products to our customers.

This is a 3rd Shift position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment issues throughout the facility.
• Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, servicing, and documentation of completed work.
• Support equipment rebuilds, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and maintenance teams to maintain equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Promote safe work practices, ensure compliance with plant safety standards, and identify opportunities for equipment performance improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Three (3) years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems (24V–480V).
• Experience using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Commitment to safe work practices and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
