QA Engineer

Job Description

Lead and improve quality issue and prevent the repeat issue happen, reduce or prevent the occurrence of batch quality accidents in manufacture process and actively application of new technologies, new processes and new methods of quality management (such as digitalization, Intelligent testing, etc.) to improve quality level. Response for CoPQ, PLR PPM，FR PPM，Scrap, Warranty, rework

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.  

1. Lead and improve quality issue and prevent the repeat issue happen through SPC, Danfoss RCPS and 8D etc. tool.

2.Design of CP, gauge, inspection planning, inspection instruction, sampling method, measurement tools and calibration requirements.

3.Solve mass quality accidents in manufacture process including root cause analysis, CA & PA make and implement.

4.Lead the customer complaints and improvements, including communication with customers, containment actions, root cause analysis, CA & PA, and reply to customer.

5.Improving current product quality issue.

6.Response for new project & new product PFMEA & CP implement in manufacture process and also key quality control point in process.

7.Make quality improvement plan or project according to quality policy and quality objective.

8.Actively participate in the application of new technologies, new processes and new methods of quality management (such as digitalization, intelligent testing, etc.).

9.Review machining and final non-conformity products.

10.Implement the five AIAG manuals, coach and review the quality problems of various departments and urge the improvement and achieve the quality management system to meet the requirements of IATF16949 standards. 

11.Complete assigned job from supervisor timely.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering, have 3-5 years or more experience in mechanical or hydraulic industry.
• Proficient in inspection standards, specifications, core Quality Tools, ability to solve and analyze problems, proficient in tooling design, proficient in ISO9001 & amp; IATF16949 standards.
• Good in English both spoken and written.
