Job Description

The Application Marketing specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HPP Application Marketing team during the maternity leave of one of its members. 
The primary focus of this role is to structure and improve external and related internal communication processes, as well as enhance marketing materials. Additionally, the specialist will cover RO Marine Application Marketing tasks based on existing strategies and execution plans. The role also involves collaborating with Sales and MarCom to develop a comprehensive activity plan for RO Marine Applications for the year 2025.

 

Job Responsibilities

•    Review the current HPP communication process and marketing materials to identify areas for improvement.
•    Define the desired standard for process and materials in alignment with key stakeholders in Marketing and Sales.
•    Support the implementation of the defined improvements.

 


People and Interfaces: The Communication and Marketing Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the following teams and individuals:
•    HPP Application Management
•    Product Management
•    Value Chain Management
•    Sales

 


Measures: The success of the Application Marketing specialist will be measured based on the following:


•    Successful delivery of the role's purpose, including structured and improved communication processes and materials.
•    Effective coverage of RO Marine Application Marketing tasks.
•    Development and implementation of a comprehensive activity plan for RO Marine Applications in collaboration with Sales and MarCom.

Background & Skills

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the role of Application Marketing specialist. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a commercial discipline is required. An MBA degree would be considered a strong advantage.
The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in market communication.

Previous experience in a commercial role, such as Sales or Marketing, would be considered an extra benefit.


•    The candidate should have a strong focus on customer value, understanding the importance of delivering effective communication that resonates with the target audience.
•    A structured and analytical approach to work is essential, as the candidate will be responsible for reviewing and improving communication processes and materials.
•    The candidate should be result-focused, demonstrating a drive to achieve goals and deliver successful outcomes.
